CBS 2 Chicago: Every breath he takes seems to captivate crowds.  Now rock superstar Sting is spending the summer in Chicago, tweaking a new musical he's written that's bound for the Broadway stage. Inspired by Sting’s own childhood, the musical  The Last Ship is set in an English seafaring town that operates around the local shipyard and follows Gideon Fletcher, a man who left home to see the world and returns fourteen years later to find that the future of the shipyard is in danger. The shipyard’s workers decide to take their fate into their own hands and build a towering representation of the shared dream that has defined their existence. Sting will sing during the seventh inning stretch at Wrigley Field on June 23, 2014, while he is in Chicago this summer tweaking his broadway musical.

Tyler played a third song by Katy Tiz "Big Bang" for Alissa Pollack, executive vp music at Clear Channel's Premiere Radio Networks.  The song moved up the food chain at Clear Channel programming, and chief Tom Poleman called it a hit at the company's annual summit for station directors, labels and brands in January 2014. Next, Katy Tiz secured a meeting with Atlantic Records, and the Rock Mafia-Produced track was just declared American Top 40's "Breakout" Song of the Week. Big Ba
